Rainbow Ridge coffee is marketed in a variety of ways. We sell through local markets as we enjoy the contact with people and feedback provided. It also enables us to tap into the tourist market, with many visitors who buy our coffee becoming regular mail order customers. We have a large mail order list with clientele in every Australian State and Territory. We also sell to a select number of businesses that focus on local produce or who are seeking a boutique coffee exclusive to their area. At Rainbow Ridge Coffee we seek to promote awareness and understanding of the Australian coffee industry and what constitutes “good quality” coffee. To this end we have given presentations to various horticultural organisations, the Queensland Herb Association, a series of talks to schools for the Queensland Department of Agriculture and various coffee industry promotional forums.
